Shop Policies

 

First and Foremost:

The workmanship of my custom frames is guaranteed.  I also stand by my designs; collaborating with my clients to create designs that not only frame the work to its best advantage, but also express their individual taste.   My clients' satisfaction is my best advertising so I do all I can to insure the design process is painless and the product is flawless.


The Fine Print:

The normal turn around time for a custom frame is 1-2 weeks depending on the materials selected.

Rush fees may apply to any order completed in less than one week.

The shop accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, as well as checks and cash.

A deposit of 1/2 of the total invoice is required before beginning any framing job, and the balance is due on pick up.  On the occasion that full payment is rendered on pick up, a valid credit card charge slip is held in lieu of deposit.  I do not invoice for my services.

Once a deposit has been placed on an order, any changes will incur a $20.00 fee plus the cost of any material custom-cut before the request for change.   There is a fee of 10% of the total order for canceling an order after a deposit has been placed.

Discounts:  The only discount I can offer is a volume discount (5 or more) for identical works.  This is a discount I pass on from my suppliers.  As a one person shop, my overhead is slightly lower than other shops, and I try to reflect this in my pricing.  I recognize that framing is expensive and I am committed to insuring my clients get the best value for their money.

Delivery:  Deliveries can only be done on Mondays.  I make deliveries in a convertible, so delivering larger pieces is also weather dependent.  There is a fee of 10% of the total order for delivery.
